In an official tweet released by the WIXOSS multimedia franchise on Saturday, it reveals a teaser of a “new project” related to the popular card game and anime series. The Twitter post said the following:
Lostorage episode 12 “Daybreak” has ended. But…!??
Lostorage conflated WIXOSS
It seems a new “something” has been born.
The said account did not mention or specify what the “new project” will be. In fact, it is not for certain as of this time if the “Lostorage conflated WIXOSS” would refer to a new anime. More announcements are expected to released very soon.
Takara Tomy introduced the card game franchise WIXOSS in April 2014 which expanded into two anime adaptations (Selector Infected Wixoss and Selector Spread Wixoss) and an anime film (Selector Destroyed Wixoss) which premiered in Japan last February.
