Bandai Namco Entertainment to Close PS3 Game Service for 'Tekken Revolution' in March

Posted in: Anime News

In a recent announcement released by Bandai Namco Entertainment on Thursday, they will be closing its service for the Tekken Revolution online fighting game effective March 2017.

The game currently has a sale for its in-game items and downloadable content and this will only be up until January 19. If you play the game, then it’s highly recommended that get the goodies and downloadable content you want before they will finally end its online game service.

Tekken Revolution debuted the game last June 2013 for the PlayStation 3 platform and it is considered as the first free-to-play game in the franchise. It is given praise from its fans due to its different fighting maneuvering options as well as new attacks which are better than Tekken Tag Tournament 2.

Tekken 7 is so far the franchise’s latest game released. Its updated arcade version titled Tekken 7: Fated Retribution is the basis for Bandai Namco’s grand launch for the Xbox One, PC, and the PlayStation 4 plaforms in early 2017 and in Spring 2017 (Japan).
