Looking for a different kind of “dark warring-states action RPG” game to kick start your 2017, Nioh for the PS4 might be what you’re looking for.

A cutscene of the game has been released by KOEI Tecmo Games on Saturday which features the meeting of the game’s characters Tokugawa Ieyasu and William. They also released the game’s story movie (which is the first chapter of the game) titled “Nioh Legend”. You can check out both videos below:

The game is set to release in North America on February 7 which will be followed by Europe on February 8.

Here’s a description of the game as described by KOEI Tecmo Game Europe:

In the dark, fantasy action RPG Nioh, players will traverse war-torn Japan as William, a blonde-haired swordsman whose background as a fierce warrior and seasoned knowledge of the blade allows him to survive in the demon-plagued land of the samurai. Players will face off against other samurai in epic sword battles and intense, multi-target engagements offering a level of difficulty that will truly test even the most hardened samurai’s skills, patience, and strategy.
