“Kenka Bancho Otome: Girl Beats Boys” TV Series Coming

Posted in: Anime News

The popular otome romance adventure game, “Kenka Bancho Otome,” will be adapted into a series of 10-minute animated shorts set to air Spring 2017 under the title of “Kenka Bancho Otome: Girl Beats Boys.”

Following the events of the game, the orphan heroine Hinako Nakayama suddenly reunites with her twin brother Hikaru who asks her to take his place at Shishiku Academy, a private boys school infamous for its rough-and-tumble student body.

The TV anime will feature all five charismatic male characters from the game in addition to several new ones.

How will Hinako deal with a school full of handsome boys who let their fists do the talking rather than talk about their feelings?

Animation studio project No. 9 will handle production with help from Kuromitsu Kinako, character designer of the original game.

The four vocaloid artists of Love Desire will contribute music to the series. Comments regarding the opening and ending theme songs from the four members of Love Desire
