'One Piece Film: Gold' to be Screened in North America Next Year!

Good news One Piece fans! The website Fandango has been offering pre-sale tickets to the One Piece Gold anime movie which is set to be screened in the United States as well as in Canada for one week (January 10-17). A partial list of US theaters were mentioned during The One Piece podcast.

The movie premiered in Japanese on July 23 and earned around 5,007,520,000 yen (as of September 8) in the Japanese box office. When it was screened in China on November 11, it earned around 69,630,000 yuan in the Chinese Box Office in just three days!

Funimation will release the film in English Dub and there’s still no word if there will be screenings with the original Japanese dub and English subtitles.
