Pokemon Celebrates 20th Anniversary at Macy's Thanksgiving Parade

20 years. 20 years of Pokemon! (feeling old yet?)

A video uploaded in the official Pokemon Youtube channel feature the reappearance of the giant Pikachu balloon in Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. If you have grown up to the franchise, then it’s about time you get out and celebrate with fellow fans. Limited edition merchandise, trading cards, and other promotions are expected soon.

The video is encouraging all Pokemon fans to use the hashtag “#Pokemon20” on the video-sharing website to share their stories about their love for Pokemon. Uploaders might have a chance to be featured in their website.

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade will feature the return of the giant Pikachu balloon holding a picture snowman which debuted in 2014.
