Fukushima Gainax Announces New Anime Project 'Flying Babies'

The recent Magical Fukushima event was in full Hawaiian theme as Fukushima Gainax announced its new anime project titled Flying Babies. The studio aims to complete the project before next year’s event.

To give you a little synopsis on the anime, the story revolves around Iwaki city earthquake survivors having ambitions of becoming hula girls. Rikako Yamaguchi and Haruka Yoshimura are cast to voice the main characters of this unique project.

Yoshinori Asao (Fukushima Gainax’s President) hopes that this anime project will be a successful one and be well loved by its audience.
