More than a year after the announcement of the manga’s anime adaptation, there is finally news on the TV anime series of Spriggan, the classic sci-fi manga by Hiroshi Takashige and Ryouji Minagawa. A first teaser visual was recently unveiled by David Productions, which produces and animates the series.

Anime distribution company Funimation has announced this Monday that they will be streaming the upcoming third season of Log Horizon (official title: Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table). The announcement stated that the series will be added to their roster of winter 2021 titles.

Japanese newspapers reported that veteran voice actor Tomita Kosei has passed away last September 27 due to a stroke. The prolific and beloved voice actor was 84 years old. Kosei’s agency Production Baobab published a short obituary last week announcing his passing.

Here’s a bit of bad news for those who are looking forward to the further chapters of the One Piece manga. It was announced on Friday via a Tweet from the editorial department of the Weekly Shonen Jump that the manga will not appear in this year’s 44th issue, which will be shipping on Monday in Japan.
