Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, commonly referred to as FMAB is the second adaptation of the hit manga series Fullmetal Alchemist by Hiromu Arakawa. In 2003, shortly after the manga began its run, the first adaptation titled Fullmetal Alchemist was made.

The story of Death Note revolves around a high school student called Yagami Light. His life changed when he saw a supernatural notebook that fell from the sky.

Light Yagami is an intelligent young man who resents all crime and corruption, and believes there is an unending increase in these things that he must try to stop. His life undergoes a drastic change when he discovers a mysterious notebook, known as the "Death Note", lying on the ground.

The Great War finally came to an end after four long years of conflict; fractured in two, the continent of Telesis slowly began to flourish once again. Caught up in the bloodshed was Violet Evergarden, a young girl raised for the sole purpose of decimating enemy lines.

The extra episode is based on a side story of "Fullmetal Alchemist" manga published in "Fullmetal Alchemist Perfect Guidebook" (2003). Edward and Alphonse meet a blind alchemist named Jude who supposedly performed a successful human transmutation, resurrecting a young girl named Rosalie Harbinger.
