From 2003 the shoujo anime featuring a young girl in search for her mother, “Ashita no Nadja” returns this year with a sequel novel. Titled “Ashita no Nadja - 16-sai no Tabidachi” a.k.a. “Tomorrow's Nadja - A Journey at 16 Years Old”, the sequel was officially announced earlier this month by anime writer Tomoko Konparu.

Synopsis Set off into the distant future on a completely different planet, this is the story of a laid-back boy who lives in a peaceful side of a planet within a scattered galaxy  and picks up trash until he finds a fallen ship and along with his robot companion, saves a newly awakened mysterious girl.

With the completion of the planetarium program titled, “Bono Bono - Uchū kara Kita Tomodachi” a.k.a. “Bono Bono - The Friend That Came From Space” a commemoration screening event was decided for the program as it released its PV on August 17.

Synopsis This is the story of a young runaway girl named Ichiko Usami who ends up being discovered by a masked boy by the riverbed. She is brought to his home where she is introduced to the rest of the colorful residents but trouble haunts her as her mistake looms over her and she cannot get it out of her head upon seeing a child’s sock within the house.
