ABS and PVC are used in pipes because they are non-toxic and resistant to abrasion. ABS pipes are easier to install than PVC pipes but are more likely to deform when exposed to the sun. ABS stands for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, and PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride.

Hello! To be honest, I don’t understand much either, but I’ll figure it out.

Hey all. Are tickets for the Anime Midwest maid cafe still available? I can't find a spot on the site to buy any. Maybe they'll be sold at the con?

So recently I had to deal with Covid which affected my work schedule and in turn my payment schedule for a cosplay commission. I was able to place a hold on the remaining work while I sort things out, but in the meantime I anticipate that it will take at least 3-5 months to catch up on the remaining half of the cost, and that's even before shipping charges are considered. So I was wondering if it was worth turning things over to the community to help support my plans, for example a GoFundMe page. Something like this: https://gofund.me/5abfd07f Any thoughts?

I booked a room at a Motel 6 about 4min drive or an 18min walk to the convention center. Driving there from my home in Michigan and looking for some roommates if anyone is interested!

Hi all! I have a group of friends and I that have bought maid cafe tickets for this year for Anime Midwest. None of us have ever been to the maid cafe before and I was wondering if we have to make a reservation for a specific time? If so, where would we do that? I was also wondering if we have to spend extra money once we are actually there on the items or if that is included in the 15$ ticket? Thanks!

Hi, I am Nicolas and I am gonna be attending the Midwest this year. I have never been to Chicago before (this is my first time going to the US) and I would love to have some people to meet at the convention. I have no clue what to expect and having some people that are a bit more familiar with it would be amazing! Please message me via Vermillion#2464 on discord. Thank you and I am very much looking forward to meeting you guys! :D (I am 28, male and come from switzerland)
