Why can't I get a refund for my tickets I ordered less than 2 months ago?! I click the link accepting the refund and then it says 'page not found', WTF?!

We recently watched as part of a a mini movie marathon. This movie was my daughter's choice, and honestly, it was the most surprising of the three we watched and I really loved it.
