Jay began his career in anime in the 1990s, when he landed his first role at ADV Films in Master of Mosquiton. Since then, he has appeared in more than 100 titles with studios including ADV Films, Funimation, Sentai Filmworks, Switchblade Pictures, Okratron 5000, and others. As a character actor, Jay has been able to voice a broad variety of colorful roles, with the occasional romantic lead thrown in for good measure. His notable credits over the past two decades are Mechazawa in Cromartie High School, Spitfire in Air Gear, Sho Zama in Aura Battler Dunbine, Shiryu in Saint Seiya, Chuu and Hammond in One Piece, Kagetane Hiruko in Black Bullet, Chief Kurama in Elfen Lied, Koji in Generator Gawl, Toru Watanabe in Excel Saga, The Fool in Kaleido Star, Crusty in Log Horizon, SSS in Madlax, Dera Mochimazzi in Tamako Market, Sanetoshi Watase in Penguindrum, Prince Mytho in Princess Tutu, and Giraffe in Revue Starlight, among many others.
Jay’s voice has also been featured in live action series and films such as Dark Water, Synesthesia, Conduct Zero, The Fuccons, Touching Wild Horses, Gamera – Attack of Legion, as well as in the video game Unlimited Saga. Jay had his Toonami debut playing Dr. Stylish in Akame ga KILL!, followed by Shiro Kuramori in Parasyte – the maxim, and now Joichiro Yukihira in Food Wars!
Quinton Flynn is beloved globally as Axel/Lea from Kingdom Hearts and Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 2, 4 and Rising Revengeance (for which he received a Best Actor Award). Greg Ayres has been screaming into microphones for close to 22 years now! With over 376 credits to his name, he has managed to play a variety of characters that are almost as colorful as his hair. He is honored to return to his role of Son Goku this year in Saiyuki Reload Zeroin, having worked on the Saiyuki franchise for over 20 years. He can currently be heard as Yu Nishinoya in Haikyu, and as Chai in Shenmue The Animation on Adult swim. Some other recent roles include Chota Segawa in Alice in Borderland (OAV), Sho Utsumi in SSSSGridman, Frost in DragonBall Super, Geo in Sony Picture’s Starship Troopers : Traitor of Mars, Jiro in Concrete Revolutio, Ryuuou Edogawa in Doreiku, Koji Koda in My Hero Academia, and he even makes an appearance as Popuko in Pop Team Epic.

Gareth is an actor, model, and voice actor based out of Texas. He is known for such Anime roles as; Ittetsu Takeda in Haikyu, Seiya Takehaya in Tsurune, Kanichi Konishi in Food Wars, Haruka Shinozaki in My Girlfriend Is Shobitch, Lizard Misty in Saint Seiya, 2D in Golden Time, Akihiro Tsukaba in Chihayafuru, Tomoaki Yamagishi in O Maidens In Your Savage Season, and Dinkuron in Log Horizon. He is also currently playing the role of Jason Lee Scott the Red Power Ranger in the upcoming release Red Rising: A Power Rangers Fan Film. SHIHORI is an international pop singer/songwriter from Japan who composes and performs solo work, as well as music for film, TV, anime and games. She’s best known for her collaborations with Yoko Kanno (Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in The Shell) and Kohei Tanaka (One Piece). She has written and composed over 100 songs for her home country’s best known contemporary artists such as Nana Mizuki, Momoiro Clover Z, Buono!, and for such famed shows as Fairy Tail, My Little Pony, Tomodachi Game, Macross Frontier and The Irregular at Magic High School.
Many of her releases have made the Oricon Chart in Japan with 11 of her hits having attained Gold Disc Certification. Casey Lee Williams
Twenty four-year-old Casey Lee Williams is a singer/songwriter/producer from Boston, Massachusetts, most known for her work on web shows Red vs. Blue and RWBY, as well as with her band Ok Goodnight. Casey has been the featured vocalist of the soundtracks for Rooster Teeth’s RWBY since its very conception in 2012. She took up the mantle of writing songs for the show’s 9th season in 2021 after graduating from Berklee College of Music, where she met a fellow writer and guitarist Martin Gonzalez. All the way from Bogotá, Colombia but now located in the San Antonio, Texas, twenty four-year-old Martin Gonzalez is a guitarist, composer, and producer most known for his work with bands Atomic Guava and Ok Goodnight. After graduating Berklee College of Music in 2020 and writing music for the Discovery Channel, the NFL, and various indie video games, Gonzalez started scoring music for RWBY Volume 8. Together, Williams and Gonzalez have teamed up to try and expand upon the unique sound of RWBY music for its next season while staying true to the show’s themes and story."

Songwriters Casey Lee Williams and Martin Gonzalez discuss how they went about giving a whole new sound (with a touch of tradition) to Rooster Teeth’s newest season of their online series RWBY. Get ready to dive into some of the most tedious (and most fun) details of the writing process for RWBY Volume 9.
Masahiro Aoki is a Japanese music composer who has worked on many games for CAPCOM. His work on Astral Chain won an award for NAVGTR 2019 Original Light Mix Score, New IP department and Aoki wrote most of the cutscene music for that game. Masahiro Aoki is most known for being the lead composer of Street Fighter V for CAPCOM. He also worked as a composer and mixer on the hit videogame Bayonetta 3. He is currently working on music for upcoming video game projects.
Takahiro Obata’s works in composing all the music for the critically acclaimed animation title The Promised Neverland won the Best Soundtrack award at the 6th Anime Trending Awards. He released The Promised Neverland‘s CD in February 2021. One of the tracks, Isabella’s Song, reached over 33 million plays on Spotify. Takahiro Obata has performed worldwide at events such as the Shanghai New International Expo Centre and in Japan at Kayatanagi Arena. He is currently working on composing new music for an upcoming TV anime.
Mika Kobayashi is a Japanese singer song-writer who sings with the piano and is known worldwide as a vocalist who sings a number of theme songs for anime and games. The central theme of her original songs is women’s emotions. Her signature melody is reminiscent of classical music, while her talent as a vocalist is distinguished by her passionate and powerful voice when she sings songs on battles and conflicts.
Mika Kobayashi started to perform overseas in 2010 and has been touring overseas every year since then with a focus on European countries. She is a natural born live performance artist who travels anywhere in and out of Japan, and makes her live show a success every time. Whenever she joins in SAMURAI ARTIST KAMUI’s show in national theaters overseas as a featured singer, the venue is filled to capacity and she receives an ovation. Kobayashi has performed in a Jazz Hall of Fame, Blue Notes, in Poland, and in one of the three world’s most famous museums, the State Hermitage Museum, in Russia.
She established her own independent label “miccabose” in 2016 based on a determination to realize what she wants to achieve on her own. It was her choice to continue on the thorny path.

Kohei, a singer from Tokyo, Japan and moved to New York in the summer of 2011. Kohei is well known for singing R&B and Soul and has performed over 300 shows in the course of four years. He has performed in the all famous Apollo theater 8 times and got first place in 2014. He has opened up for Wu Tang Clan(Raekwon) R&B Legend Case, Lyfe Jennings and Lil mama in 2015 2016. He has done everything such as hosting a music event at the Jay-Z’s Moms restaurant, and being the Official Japan Fes MC. He was a finalist of McDonald’s Gospelfest 2016 and 2017, and featured on M-On TV with Japanese recording artist The RAMPAGE.

The husband and wife team of Daniel and Jillian Coglan are full-time martial art instructors, specializing in 16th century Samurai Arts. When not teaching at their dojo, the Kojokan, they travel the United States performing and teaching the ancient ways of the most famous warriors in history.
With a combined 35 years of experience, their show is a unique blend of history, combative skill, and humor, designed to educate and entertain audiences both large and small.
Beyond their martial skills, the dynamic duo collaborated to write, direct, host, and star in a 12 episode TV series entitled, “The Way of The Samurai.”
Daniel is also an author, with several martial art articles published, and is currently working on his second full-length novel.
