Magical Princess Minky Momo Hold on to Your Dreams [OVA]

Magical Princess Minky Momo was sent to Earth as a baby and raised by loving adoptive parents. One day her step-parents disappeared on a plane and Momo goes with her animal guardians to find/save her parents. It turns out that all planes which fly by this island have their residents turned into children and live in a Never-Never-Land ruled by Peter Piper. Momo must convince Peter that it’s okay for children to grow up into adults. Meanwhile the military is after him and his child army.
