# 'Yowamushi Pedal' Live Action Series Sequel Confirmed for 2017! <img src="http://i.imgur.com/61GiBEc.png"> <br>After its first season run with a total of seven episodes, the live action adaptation of Wataru Watanabe's <i>Yowamushi Pedal</i> manga gets a sequel slated for 2017.</br> <br>The first series premiered on August 26 this year with Kota Fukihara as its scriptwriter. The entire series will be based from the Inter High arc with the main cast of the previous season reprising their roles.</br> <br>To give you a synopsis on the series, <i>Yowamushi Pedal</i> is about a boy named Sakamichi Oda who is an <i>otaku</i> studying at Sōhoku High School. Due to his love for anime and related interests, he rides his bicycle going to Akihabara which is a 60-mile round trip from his school.
