“Starly Girls” Web Anime Adaptation Available in 2018
The smartphone game “Starly Girls –Episode Starsia” under Aeria Games and Kadokawa Games will have its own anime adaptation online by 2018. This was announced by the same companies during the presentation event of the Alpha Games in Beijing, China last October 14.

The game’s storyline is focused on the player who serves as the captain of the super gravity ship Asterism. The player’s mission is to train the Starly Girls and organize them so they can win their intergalactic battles with the help of the G-Gear, their special mobile weapon.
As of now, the web anime is named Hoshimusu (Japanese term for Starly Girls), and there will be 12 episodes with 22 minutes each. Osamu Yamasaki (Toward the Terra, Hakuoki, Time Travel Girl: Mari, Waka, and the Eight Scientists) will be helming the project. Kadokawa Games is responsible for the anime production and original anime story, while Alpha Games are on the business of distribution in China.
