Friday Moment of Shame: I Spotted (And Later Bought) Yet Another Cell

Thanks to Asylum Anime, I now own yet another Patlabor animation cell.

I believe this brings me up to number 5.

Yowza.

Oh, and I’m in no way shamed by the fact that I bought a vintage Area 88 poster from them as well. I’ll probably hang that one over my desk, actually.

Shameful runners up from AnimeFest:

I quoted back lines from the original 1987 Appleseed OAV to its director, in JAPANESE. He laughed and said “yeah, I often repeat or remember the lines too.”

A beautiful couple cosplaying the FullMetal Alchemist characters Roy and Lust told me I looked like a Romulan from Star Trek.

I caught a vicious bronchial infection and am so woozy that I can’t even countenance taking out the aforementioned cell and photographing it for you right now.
