same! spirited away was the first one i watched and i fell in love instantly- it'll be hard to beat!! yeh, it think my first and second would be spirited away and totoro aswell! then i think kiki's delivery service... then whisper of the heart... then ponyo... then naussicaa... then princess mononoke... then the cat returns... then earthsea... then howl's moving castle... then... yeh, it is really difficult because they are all of such a high standard- i love them all!! ^.^

i try to take classes that don't have finals and such... i'm a big slacker when it comes to school. i usually dont do the homework for class, just the projects. the semester that just ended, i took 2 classes that i could have easily gotten an 'A' in both classes. but since i only did the projects and part of the homework, i got a 'B' in one class and a 'C' in another.

Agreeed. I think although ponyo wasn't as epic and mesmerising than some of the previous films ( i AM looking at princess mononoke and nausicaa: of the valley of the wind), i like the relaxed feeling of it!

it is cool! they send over loads of cool old japanese stuff, and my grandad for my birthday this year gave me all of his old japanese stuff too, like an old map of japan, an old sake bottle and cup, fancy chopsticks, a calligraphy ink holder... loads of stuff! its good to have contacts around the world! i count myself super lucky! :D

it's my dream!! i would consider myself the luckiest little scot ever if it did happen... aahh... (goes off into day dream...) i grandad has loads of japanese friends who say they would love to have me over to find work! they are so nice! :D
