action, shooters, rpgs, action/adventure, simulation...
which do you prefer? or, on the other foot, maybe even despise?
i've always been a big fan of rpgs but some games of other genres have caught my interest as well.:)
RPGs are probably my top. I start putting a lot of time into it and then get bored of it later. For some reason though I hate MMORPGS. Well, I haven't had time to play video games; I have some games that I've owned for months and haven't completed even though I know I really enjoy playing it.
I think that RPGs are the best howvere i also like simulation games! :D
I think I am more used to RPGs coz those are the kind of games that I have grown up with... so they will always be my favourite!
I am getting more into adventure games now though, coz i love pretending i am still in them when i stop playing... im just that sad!

You know I really want to play more Otome games, those dating games for girls. Ah but there's not that many translated ones from Japan to play in the US D:

my top 3 series are:
Metal Gear (stealth action)
Castlevania (platformer/action/adventure)
Valkyria Chronicles (strategic RPG)
i love platformers and side scrollers like the Castlevania games, Prinny Can I really be the Hero, and pretty much everything that was on NES. for the last 2 years i've been trying to get more into RPGs of all sort like Dragon Age Origins, Demon's Souls, Disgaea, Final Fantasy, Valkyria Chronicles, etc.
First person shooter games, I'm a sucker for them.
Well i loooove anything that came out on the n64 :3

I like zombie games as well, particularly Resident Evil 4 & 5. You absolutely have to have a partner to enjoy 5 though. Computer-controlled Sheva sucks!

I like any genre as long as it has a good storyline and /or a good sandbox map
with the exception sports games which i dislike in general
Most of all I like RPG games, I don't play shooter games, I don't like scary games because I hate things that are scary, and I like to play games that have some anime graphics to it.

I believe it would have to be RPG ( mainly action-turn-base games like the Tales game), and adventure-action games. ^^ I love these games the most.

RPG's are my favorite. FPS's are overated.
I love RPG's and open-world games. Anything I can get immersed into and dump a whole bunch of hours into at a time, because I get obsessive about gaming....
I play all types of genres myself except sport titles.
Right now I'm playing the 'Tomb Raider' remake. Also I love RPG's. My favorite on the 360 is 'Tales of Vesperia'.

RPGs are at the top of my list. I suppose Fighters come second, then Action/Adventure, Platformers, etc.
